ABOUT USDA HOME LOANS:

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) gives borrowers the opportunity to own a home outside of the city limits. There are several benefits of a USDA loan, including flexible credit underwriting requirements and no down payment required.

If you are looking for properties outside of city limits - let's see if a USDA loan would work for you. Fill out the USDA purchase qualifier above, and we will run a USDA screen as part of our search of over 230 lenders at our fingertips. We will also search all other programs that might apply - but this keys us in to run the USDA screen first. You do not need to complete any other qualifiers on this site, as they collect the same information. Thank you!
